Phil Masin

Operations Director

Phil brings a unique background to Elite Soccer. He has extensive business background in human resources, management and recruitment and for the past 10 years Phil has coached and managed multiple soccer teams in NJ including the ESA Flames. A former three year captain of his high school soccer team, Phil holds a BS degree from Cornell University and a MBA from Rutgers University. Phil's role principally at ESA is to ensure that ESA services and products are delivered with the highest quality and professionalism and to provide the management and marketing expertise to the organization.
