SILVER - ESA gives supplementary evaluations and recommendations to the board for team formation
GOLD - Evaluations, rankings and team formations completed by ESA and confidentially delivered to board (highly recommended at all travel levels)
PLATINUM - as above and ESA handles all tryout registration and administration on the day.
Trainer led tryouts takes away the pressures from parent coaches and allows all players to be evaluated by fresh pairs of eyes.
ESA offers different levels of tryout system from simply running the tryout to making the final decision on the teams. Most clubs like to take away all parent involvement and keep the tryouts unbiased to avoid political issues later on in the season and so choose our Gold package. Parent’s evaluations are completed prior to each tryout and made available to the trainer as a guideline.

Benefits of ESA
No pressure on parent coaches to include friends, neighbors, family
Totally unbiased evaluations based on players performance in tryout
Evaluations based on trainers assessments throughout the season
ESA trainers are instructed to play up players from the lower teams throughout the Fall and Spring season at the request of the coaches of those teams. This way they can be tested at a higher level
Parent coaches, assistant coaches, board members and trainers assessments are all integrated to help with assessment and evaluations.
All players are ranked from 1 to x. By doing this, if a player drops out you instantly know who is next on the list to take their position on a certain team
